stoffe.de and its eleven international shops have had a new logo and shop design since September 18. The brand’s identity has been revamped as part of a comprehensive rebranding effort. The goal is to better illustrate the brand’s personality and demonstrate how much fabrics and sewing are cherished by the company, its employees, and especially its customers. What could be more fitting than featuring three heart-shaped fabric patterns in the logo?

New Logo
Behind stoffe.de are the experts from The Creative Club, Europe’s leading marketplace for fabrics and sewing accessories. With their extensive knowledge and dedication for fabrics, they support all sewing enthusiasts in bringing their creative ideas to life. “Through the new logo and shop design, we can better convey the brand’s identity and personality,” explains Annika Cazal, Head of Brand & Communications and Project Lead for the rebranding.

The previous fabric roll in the stoffe.de logo has been replaced with three fabric patterns, maintaining the reference to fabric and sewing. They are arranged in a heart shape to further emphasize the enthusiasm of the employees and customers for this hobby. “The rebranding gives us the opportunity to truly bring our core values – like dedication and precision – to life, making them even more meaningful and deeply felt. At the same time, we are sharpening our brand identity and increasing awareness, especially among new customers,” adds Cazal.

New Shop Design
The most noticeable sign of change is the new logo. However, there have also been many updates within the shop, and this applies to all twelve country-specific shops (e.g., on tissus.net or myfabrics.co.uk). There is now a new colour palette featuring a rich berry tone and several pastel shades, along with redesigned icons, buttons (known as call-to-actions), and labels. The shop emails and page designer components have also been refreshed.

New logo, new design – but at its core, stoffe.de remains the same: The go-to destination for all sewing enthusiasts in search of a vast selection of fabrics, sewing accessories, and patterns – creatively, professionally, and attentively curated by our experts.

The Best Team & Satisfied Customers
“Our dedicated colleagues have poured their heart and creativity into the rebranding over the past months, ensuring the go-live on September 18 as planned,” reports Cindy Fussenegger, Chief Marketing Officer of The Creative Club. “We worked hand in hand on this project. I’m extremely proud of our team and more than satisfied with the brand’s graphical evolution,” Fussenegger continues.

The target audience is also pleased, as a market study conducted in collaboration with Caspar Feld prior to the new design’s release shows: Over 82 % of stoffe.de fans responded positively, an above-average result that gives confidence the new design and logo will be well received by the majority of customers.
